He is survived by: his children, James C. Blair (Terri) of Patriot, Mark D. Blair (Lynn) of Gallipolis, Ohio and Gwen Craft (James R.) of Gallipolis, Ohio; and his sister Joann Lewis of Port Charlotte, Florida.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
