She was predeceased by: her mother Frances Louise Briggs; her husband Stanley M. Payne Sr.; her son Juan Marichal McCabe; and her sister Ida Ragland. She is survived by: her sons, Clarence "Terry" McCabe (Christy) of San Marcos, California, Jonathon L. McCabe (Ellen) of Jackson, Ohio, Cory Armstrong of Gallipolis, Ohio and Dana Payne of Gallipolis, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Beth, Mary, Terry, Randy, Ricky, Chelsea, Raymond, Ashley, Alex, Korey and Mariah; and her sister Betty Reed of Dayton, Ohio.. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
