He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Louise Whittington Boggs; his stepfather Roy Eugene Boggs; and his sister Blanche Turley. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Short of Crystal River, Martha Farley and John Farley of Charleston, WV.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cremeens-King Funeral Home (75 Grape St, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
