Kenneth Eugene Turley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Eugene Turley (Gallipolis, Ohio), who passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kerwood and Clara Frances Cobb Turley; his wife Constance Rankin Turley; his siblings, Theodore H. Turley and Patricia Ann Parker; and his niece Trish Parker.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Moore (Brian) of Kokomo, Kevin Turley (Crystal) of Kingsland, Georgia, Base Bailey (Jennifer) of Crown City and Bill Bailey (Mara) of Bidwell, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kayla, Emily, Hannah, Carson, McKenzie and Will; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Gillette Turley of Chesapeake and Charlotte Rankin Garbesi of Huntington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
