Larry L. Long Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Larry L. Long of Gallipolis, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Long and Margaret Long; his brothers, Phil Lee, Charles Lee and Samuel Long; and his granddaughter Kaylee Grace Long.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his siblings, Ella Hutchins of Toledo and Ralph Jones of Chillicothe; his children, Lisa Kearns (John) of Gallipolis, Lori Owens (Ken) of Gallipolis, Laura Ireland (Tony) of Jackson, Kevin Martin (Laura) of Crown City and Larry II Long (Angie) of Bidwell; his grandchildren, Derek Hogan (Lara), Cassandra, Jessica Kearns, Caleb, Luke Owens, Savannah, Sydney Ireland, Illyana Dulaney, Hunter, Samantha Martin, Kenzie and Josh Long; and his great grandchildren, Connor Utt, Evelyn Walker, Declan, Nora Hogan, Allie, Kristopher, Aleeah, Pyper Kearns and Miller Martin.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Addison Freewill Baptist Church (210 Addison Pike, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Addison Freewill Baptist Church in support of their ministry in memory of Larry Long.
