She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Washington Price and Della Adkins Price; her husbands, Daniel C. Hawes and Rev. Andrew J. Parsons; her siblings, Pat Price, Junior Price, Willard Price, Norris Price, Billy Price, Mae Price Jeffrey and Nora Price Hargis; and her godsons, Larry Casteel and Jerry Casteel.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Todd Casteel and Michelle Casteel Layne. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and her church family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Willis Funeral Home Chapel (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
