She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ottie Nowlin and Thelma Nowlin; her siblings, Dana Nowlin (Joyce) and Don Nowlin (Ireta); her siblings' children, Rick Nowlin (Tonda) of West Virginia, Greg Nowlin of West Virginia, Sherry Henry of West Virginia, Mike Nowlin (Brenda) of West Virginia and Teresa Fralic (Joe) of West Virginia; her husband Paul Dean Williams I of Gallipolis, Ohio.; her children, Paula Gayle Williams-Wray (Greg) and Paul Dean Williams II (Michelle); her grandchildren, McKenzie, Chase, Mikayla (Dakota), Faith and Briar; her sister-in-law Barbara Unroe (Bill) of Gallipolis; and her nephews, Billy and Brian Unroe.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Linda's honor to District 2 Volunteer Fire Department where her son serves as Captain.
