She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Hamilton Fadely and Claire Ona Pullin Fadely; her husband Wayne Evans; and her sisters, Allegra Lee Fadely Shank of Tucson and Virginia Hamilton Fadely Helms of St. Clairsville, Ohio.. She is also survived by relatives on both sides of her family including many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Tyn Rhos Cemetery.
