He is survived by: his wife Betty Walter Halley; his children, Connie Koebel (Phil) and Melvin Halley, Jr.; his grandsons, Steven Koebel (Jessica) and Jason Koebel; and his great grandchildren, Abbeygale, Nickalas, Zackary, Luke, Juliette and Tayte Koebel.
