He was predeceased by: his father Emmett "Red" Elliott; his great-nephew Levi Dodrill; and his brother-in-law Kevin Dobbins. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Montgomery Elliott of Gallipolis; his wife Debbie Shaw Elliott of Gallipolis; his sons, David Kirby (Brandy) of Vinton, Steven Kirby (Amanda) of Oak Hill and Elias Elliott (Kayla) of Gallipolis, Ohio; his grandchildren, Keala, Kyler, Kaden, Hudson, Sutton, Camryn, Griffin, Braiden, Brinlee and Brylee; his brother Chris Elliott (Teresa) of Gallipolis; his niece Nichole Dodrill (Denny) of Vinton; his nephew Jonathon Elliott (Megan) of Gallipolis; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brynna, Harley, Layken, Kylee and Noah; his father-in-law Bob Shaw of Rio Grande, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Sheryl Frye (Tony), Bobby Shaw (Sherri) and Jeff Shaw (Angie). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
