She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Clary and Nellie Jane Watson Clary; her son Keith Brannen; her grandson Michael Brannen; and her siblings, Homer Clary, Bobby Clary, Betty Miller and Shirley Lou Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Dinah Brannen of Gallipolis, Angie Burns (Mark) of Gallipolis and Kenny Brannen of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Traci Waugh (Nate), Wayne Brannen (Audrey), Rob Brannen, Madison Bachtel (Cole) and Garrett Burns; and her brothers, Jim Clary of Gallipolis and Ed Clary of Crown City. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the famliy asks that contributions in Jean's memory be made to Friends of Gallia County's Animals, 255 Farmview Road, Bidwell, Ohio 45614.
