He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Miller and Beatrice Norman Miller. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie D. Hill Miller of Huntington; his children, Ashley Ray and Kristopher Miller; and his siblings, Rita Ehman, Dannette Hall (Steve) and Jacob Miller. He is also survived by three nieces and nephews.
