She is survived by: her husband Robert G. Latham of Gallipolis; her children, Joy Young (Aaron) of Gallipolis and Jonathan Latham (Wendy) of Mexico; her grandchildren, Andrew Young (Rosemary) of Iowa, Jonathan Young of Chillicothe, David Young (Jade) of Chillicothe, Elisabeth Young of Gallipolis and Gloria English (Grant) of Greenville; and her siblings, Bob Carpenter (Virginia) of Texas, Lee Carpenter (Jerri Lynn) of Wyoming, Ruth Butler (Jim) of Oklahoma, Lucille Hughes of Colorado, Mary Mathis (Jim) of Wyoming, Edna Chase (Roger) of Idaho and Paul Carpenter of Wyoming. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
