Gardner; and his siblings, Melvin Biars of Gallipolis, Paul Biars of Gallipolis, Ralph Biars (Sharon) of Crown City, Ohio and Tammy Biars Addis of Crown City, Ohio. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
