She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudy Criner and Lena Mae Walker Criner; her husband Herbert Rowland; her daughter Beverly Lawrence; and her brothers, O'Dell Criner and Ervin Criner.
She is survived by: her cousin Sue Paulus of Grove City; her granddaughter Dara Lynn Ratner (Shawn) of Orlando; and her great grandchildren, Victoria Ratner and Alex Ratner. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pine Street Cemetery (114 Vinton Ct, Gallipolis, OH 45631).
