She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. John Paul and Bernice Graham (Shinn); her former husband Robert Wayne Byer; her husband Jack Wheeler; and her sons, Roger Shane Byer and Gregory Allen Byer.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa A. Byer of Point Pleasant, WV, Pamela D. Pickens of Point Pleasant, WV and John R. Byer of Point Pleasant, WV; her siblings, Patti Keefer of Leon and Paul N. (Nancy Graham) of Richmond, KY; and her close friend Eve Mahone of Point Pleasant, WV.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
