He was predeceased by : his parents, Oney Stark Hinchman and Marie Gardner Hinchman; and his siblings, Donnie Hinchman, Shirley and Dorothy.
He is survived by : his wife Nellie M. Nichols Hinchman; his son Bradley Hinchman of Urbana; his stepchildren, Sharon Gray-Call of Gallipolis, Kenneth Gray (Tammy) of Gallipolis and Bobby Gray (Katherine) of Hurricane, WV; and his siblings, Robert Hinchman (Betty) of Elkins, WV, Debbie Harris (Kenny) of Elkins and Betty Austin (Donald) of Virginia. He is also survived by 9 step grandchildren; 5 step great grandchildren.
