He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Ray and Clara Cottrell Rogers; and his wife Naomi Rogers. He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Rogers (Amanda Johnson) of Gallipolis and Seth Rogers (Samantha Pierce) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Jayden Rogers, Haleigh Rogers, Alex Dinguss, Madison Dinguss, Marcus Salyers and Teddy Salyers; his siblings, Shirley Collins (Ron) of Marion, Virginia and Nelson "Bub" Rogers (Sharon) of Spencer; his sister-in-law Theda Covey of Gallipolis; and his nephew Paul Covey of Gallipolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
