He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ross (Sheline); his children, Robert Ross II (Katie) of Fairfield and Laura Wilson (Leslie) of Proctorville, Ohio.; his brothers, Larry Ross of Patriot and Michael Ross of Columbus, Ohio; his grandchildren, Declan Ross, Riley Ross, Arealle Rice, Donnie Rice (Madison), Tyler Rice, Bianca Rice, Rease Rice and Loran Wilson; his great grandchild Finn Rice; and his brother-in-law Michael Sheline (Alice). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens (1229 Neighborhood Rd, Gallipolis, OH 45631).
