She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Clary and Lona Tunnie Clary; her birth mother Jennie Williams Clary; her husband William Gene Waugh; and her daughter Diana Metter.
She is survived by: her son Donald Waugh (Janice) of Medina, Ohio; her son-in-law John Metter of Litchfield, Ohio; and her siblings, Faye Pickett (Bob) of Bluffton, Lona Mae Houck of Crown City, Ohio, Frank Clary (Pam) of Mercerville, John Clary (Susan) of Cape Coral and Dicky Clary (Linda) of Crown City. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
