She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Wayne and Ella Bell Hersman Baird; her former husband Carl Cheney; her daughter Carla Finnicum; and her brothers, Ora Baird, Michael Baird and Charles "Cricket" Baird.
She is survived by: her children, Carl L. Cheney (Liz) of Florida, Tim Cheney of Gallipolis, Richard Cheney (Brenda) of Gallipolis and Delman Cheney (Susan) of Gallipolis; her son-in-law Paul Finnicum of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Jessica Lloyd (Tony), Jennifer Riffle (Joey), John Paul Finnicum (Jenifer), Joseph Finnicum and Brianna Brock; her great grandchildren, Keagahn Lloyd, Karlee Lloyd, Sophia Finnicum and Sawyer Finnicum; and her siblings, Marvin Baird (Phyllis) of Gallipolis, John Baird of Nevada, Linda Macias of Gallipolis, Louise Woodall of Gallipolis, Hope Armstrong of Tennessee, Patty Sims of Camden, Phil Baird (Tanya) of Gallipolis and Gail Baird of Gallipolis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
