She is survived by: her son Chad A. Wallace (Rachael) of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Jenna Nicole Wallace of Gallipolis and Jacob Matthew Wallace of Gallipolis; her stepgranddaughter Lindsey Wallace of Sunbury, Ohio; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Gavin Elton Wallace of Sunbury and Reagen Janelle Fitzpatrick of Sunbury.
