She was predeceased by: her parents, Bricent John and Velma Slater Meach. She is survived by: her children, Julie A. Leffingwell of Gallipolis, Edward F. "Rick" Leffingwell, Jr. (Laura) of Proctorville and Brian Keith Leffingwell of Gallipolis; her brother William Meach of Toledo, Ohio; and her former husband Edward Frank Leffingwell, Sr..
