He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Qualls, Sr. and Harriett R. Scott Qualls. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Shoemaker Qualls; his children, Sonya Shaffer, Angel Castle, Carl Aaron Qualls, Cynthia Childress (Mark), Jerry Whitcomb (Jennifer Phillips) and Katherine Crossen; and his sisters, Renee Jackson of Gallipolis and Tracy Borden (Eddie) of Gallipolis. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
