He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dean Campbell and Thelma Lenora Campbell (Gallagher); and his wife Dana Toy Campbell. He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Blake; his son-in-law Dustin Blake; his grandchildren, Olivia Leggans, Remington Blake, Campbell Blake and Harrison Blake; his sisters, S. Diane Weier (Robin) and N. Darlene Campbell; and his brother-in-law David Toy. He is also survived by extended family; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Reynoldsburg Community of Care, payable to Reynoldsburg Church of Christ, in memory of Dean and Dana's shared legacy of faith and service.
