It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beth Hensley of Galloway, Ohio, who passed away on January 2, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frazier and Carol Frazier (Ott). She is survived by: her husband John Hensley; her sisters, Vicki Prince (Kyle), Gayle Frazier and Linda Beck (John); her children, Johnathan Hensley and Alyssa Hudgins (Andy); and her grandchildren, Brent Hudgins, Tyler Hudgins, Kylie Hudgins, Madalin Hensley and Oliver Hensley.
