She is survived by: her children, Mark Smith (Annette) and Lori MacLeod (Donald); her grandchildren, Zach MacLeod (Allison Lytle), Rachel Zeek (Jake), Alex MacLeod, Eric MacLeod, Brent Smith (Zelia Carvalho) and Cassidy Smith; her great grandchild Dawson Zeek; and her siblings, Mike Hedrick (Sherry) and Sharon McClelland (John). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association in Charlotte's memory.
