He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie Howard (David) and Christine (John Kastrevec); his grandchildren, Christopher, Jamie, Keith and Aden; his brother Charles Howard; his siblings-in-law, Gary Adkins, Dennis Phipps and Barbara Stewart; and his brothers, Sherv and Jake.
