He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Les, Mary Carlisle, Allen and Frieda Ankrum. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his sons, Matthew and Drew; his parents, Ronald Johnson and Judie Johnson; his brothers, Andy Johnson (Katrina), Tim Johnson, Ed Johnson (Meghan) and Brian Householder (Tricia); his parents-in-law, Gary and DeeDee Wells; his sister-in-law Jodie Young (Bryan); and his close friend Lance Wallace. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Columbus Firefighters Foundation, 379 W. Broad St., Columbus, OH, 43215.
