It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Hook of Galloway, Ohio, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael Hook to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis C. Hook and Nettie E. Hook; and his son Jason Michael Hook. He is survived by : his wife Patty Hook; his daughter Kasey Shaffer (Chris); and his grandchildren, Keirstyn and Brayden Shaffer.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spence-Miller Funeral Home (2697 Columbus St, Grove City, OH 43123). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Westgate Baptist Church 4234 Clime Road N. Columbus, Ohio 43228 in his memory.
