He is survived by: his wife Valerie Lines (Johnson); his daughters, Megan Feige (Bruce) and Patricia Bisoski (Mark); his grandchildren, Jonathan Ewing (Allison), Allison Feige, Claire and Lucy Bisoski; his siblings, Marilyn Roach, Carolyn Neumann and Mike Lines (Becky); Juliette Ewing.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the OhioHealth Hospice House (Kobacker House) or the American Cancer Society.
