He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sr. Moore and Rose Marie Moore; his brothers, Kenneth Jr. and John Moore; and his brother-in-law Jerry Wiley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dianna Manter (Tom), William "Bill" Moore (Polly), Ronald Moore (Verna) and Pamela Wiley; his children, Christopher Moore, Thyri Cazares (Juan) and Toney Rothwell; and his close friends, Darrell and Scooter. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral Home (1355 W Main St, West Jefferson, OH 43162). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
