She was predeceased by: her husband Johann H.; her parents, Hans Constabel and Annie Constabel; and her siblings, Hans Constabel (Jutta) and Erika Bottcher (Peter).
She is survived by: her children, Andrea MacDonald (late Neil) and Gabrielle Strickland (late Dave); her grandchildren, Ashley Smith, Melanie Nelson (Zach) and Sarah MacDonald; her great grandchild Ellie; and her sister Hildegard Schmidt (Alo). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
