He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lanzola; his children, Lucinda (William) and Charles Jr. (Rebecca); and his siblings, Raymond (Jim), Rusty and Debbie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the Cleveland Clinic Hospice or the ASPCA.
