She was predeceased by: her daughter Patricia A. Flagg; and her siblings, Alice Machalicek and John Machalicek. She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Flagg; her daughter Suzanne Acevedo (late Fernando); her grandsons, Erik Matthew Acevedo (Melissa) and Scott Ryan Acevedo (Leann); her great grandchildren, Haley Renee Acevedo, Mallory Ann Acevedo and Vincent Fernando Acevedo; and her brothers, Paul Machalicek (Gail) and Gary Machalicek (late Lynda).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hope United Methodist Church (79 Center Rd, Bedford, OH 44146). A reception will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorials be made to Hope United Methodist Church.
