She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sr. Forte and Dolores Forte Sr.; her husband Adam Shuler; her brothers, James Jr. and Martin Sr.; and her nephews, James III and Sam Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Bridget Forte; her grandchildren, Christina and Julian Johnson; her stepdaughter Amanda Hunter; and her siblings, Sharon, Betty, Valerie (Alvin), Ernest Sr., Dolores Jr. (Reggie) and Millard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (4341 E 131st St, Garfield Heights, OH 44105).
