He was predeceased by: his parents, Harl Moss and Lois Moss; and his sisters, Doris Jean Neer and Lois Jean Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Moss of Nelson; his children, Jessica Perrine (Brian), Wesley Williams (Jennifer), Amanda Brust (David), Jeremy Williams (Leesa), Angela Bender, Chrystal Valentine (Kyle) and Tiffanie Radwanski (Chris); and his brother Mark Moss (Trish).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nelson United Methodist Church (9367 OH-305, Garrettsville, OH 44231). A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Harrington Cemetery.
