He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Joseph Collister and Grace Lyons Collister; and his brother Louis James Collister. He is survived by: his brother John Michael Collister; his wife Lorinda Nash Collister (Rindy); his children, Laurie Collister and Peter Collister (Rebecca); his stepchildren, Lucy Lytle, Becky Everett (Chandler), John Lytle (Lee) and David Lytle; and his grandchildren, Georgie Collister, Lizzie Collister, Katie Everett (Jacob Hailperin-Lausch), Andrew Everett, Jake Lytle, Tucker Lytle (Stephanie Varga) and Tori Lytle.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the The-River Episcopal Church (7601 Chagrin River Rd, Moreland Hills, OH 44022).
