She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wacowski and Nellie Wacowski (Holt); her husband Lewis I. Wortman; her granddaughter Lauryn Wortman; her siblings, William Wacowski, Robert Wacowski, Barbara Wacowski, Maryann Doak and Carol Lynne Wacowski; and her siblings-in-law, Chuck Nording, Nick Tennis, Ed Doak and Linda Wacowski.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Wortman (Sandy) and Lewis Wortman II (Eileen); her grandchildren, Derrick (Katelyne), Alissa, Lewis (Meagan), Ashley and Samson Wortman; her great grandchildren, Azarae, Hadley, Broden and Leo Wortman; her siblings, John Wacowski (Dorothy), Jean Christferro, Francis Nordling, Anna Kaye Tennis and Virginia Pulice (Greg); and her pet George.
