He is survived by: his wife Lani Sweeney; his siblings, Paul Sweeney (Doree), Fred Sweeney, Johnny Ray (Mel) and Carol Coffman; and his nieces and nephews, Anita Billig, Sara Williams, Brian Billig and Fred Sweeney Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Geneva Eagles (120 Depot St, Geneva, OH 44041).
