He is survived by: his father Gary Lee Hollingsworth; his children, Tiffany Mullinax (Conner) and Nathaniel "Nate" Hollingsworth; his grandchildren, KayLynn, Donna and Jesse; and his siblings, Amy Miller (Eddie), Shawn Hollingsworth, Kandy Taylor (Bryan) and Heather Burnheimer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
