She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kellogg and Phoebe Glass Kellogg (Fisher); her stepfather Harvey Kellogg; her husband Howard Rich; and her siblings, Tom, John Glass, Josephine McGovern (Glass) and Dorthy Kellogg (Glass).
She is survived by: her sons, Clark Rich (Detta) and Henry Rich (Rene); and her grandchildren, Eric Rich, Jeanette Rich (Karyn), Leasa Worley (Myron), Marc Rich and Misty Rich. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors (49 W Jefferson St, Jefferson, OH 44047). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Rock Creek Union Cemetery.
