He is survived by: his children, Doug Streets (Debbie), Victoria Johnson and April Shupp (Ron); his grandson Jeremy Chapline; his children, Meghan Johnson, Alex Shupp, Theresa Shupp, Cora Streets, Donna Lee, Ashley Johnson and Sean Streets; his great grandchildren, Harrison and Evelyn Chapline; his granddaughters, Brooklyn and Iris Lee; and his siblings, Mary Ball, Jean Poling, Terry Streets (Cindy) and David Streets. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
