He was predeceased by: his father Charles Rembacki; his wife Valerie Rembacki; his brothers, Chuck Rembacki and Scott Rembacki; and his brother-in-law Melvin Meliken.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Rembacki (Heinbaugh); his children, Eric John Rembacki (Stephanie) and Brandy Rembacki (Bryan Watson); his stepchildren, Monica Griffin (Matthew), Matthew Baumgarten and Brittney Baumgarten; his partner Kim Fortier; his grandson Lincoln Rembacki; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Lewis, McKenzie Griffin, Luciano Castelli, Ryan Mihalik, Jayla Reigert and Peyton Watson; and his siblings, Donatus Spore (Harry), Kevin Rembacki (Alicia), Stacy Brewer (Jim), Vivian Phillips (Larry), Brian Rembacki (Betty), Miriam Meliken, Alan Rembacki (Barb) and Mark Rembacki. He is also survived by loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Geneva Fraternal Order of Eagles Club (120 Depot St, Geneva, OH 44041).
