He was predeceased by: his mother Harriet C. Jones (Moland); and his sister Nancy Howard. He is survived by: his father William H. Jones; his wife Debra D. Jones; his children, Brandon Jones (Jen), Juliet Petterson (Chuck), Kevin Jones (Zoey), Jamie Miller (Adrian) and Courtney Tupa (Pete Koma); his grandchildren, Xander Jones, Hanah Jones, Zephyr Jones, Jackson Tupa, Rhett Miller, Raegan Miller, Kylie and Carter Koma; and his siblings, Jerry Jones (Tamy), Joe Jones (Amy), Cindy Cowan (Randy) and Tina Wheeler (Gary). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests taking a moment to honor James in his own way—by going to The Grand River Manor for a shot and a beer!
