She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Kreilach and Ethel Kreilach (Meder); her former husband Robert S. Keyerleber Sr.; and her brother Richard Kreilach. She is survived by: her husband Ray Watkins; her children, Karen Keyerleber Hook (Steve) of Geneva, Kathleen Keyerleber Barszczewski (Tony) of Austinburg, Ohio and Robert Keyerleber (Rubby) of Harpersfield, Ohio; her grandchildren, Haven, John, Ashley, Natalia, Abel, Bob, Anthony and Addie; and her great grandchildren, Roger, Olivia, Ansel, Colette, Seager, Archie and Elizabeth.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors (323 S Broadway, Geneva, OH 44041). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, in honor of Phyllis's memory and the compassionate care she received.
