He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Beers and Dorothy Beers (Morgan); and his sister Barbara Firestone. He is survived by: his wife Janet Karwatsky; his children, Robert Beers Jr., Kelly Gallagher (Cletus Turner) and Randi Beers (John Scott); his grandchildren, Bob, Nick, Mike, Kayla, Myles, Nora, Anne, Shannon, Kelly, Casey and Mac; his great grandchildren, Robbie, Madison, Elliott, Cora, Aurora and Derek; and his siblings, Wilson Beers (Patty) and Elva Hainzey (Chuck).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (828 Sherman St, Geneva, OH 44041). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
