Rose Curkendall Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Curkendall of Geneva, Ohio, who passed away on August 25, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rose may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Marzano and Sarah Marzano (Cantanzaro); her husband Deward Curkendall; and her siblings, Vincent Marzano and Anna Bosley.

She is survived by: her son Thomas Curkendall (Susan); her siblings, Pete Marzano, Mary Valocchi and Theresa Laboe (Jack); and her grandchildren, Kelly Blum and Brad Curkendall.

In Lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
