He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Bowler and Marion Bowler; his son William Ray II; his sister Barbra Baker; and his great grandchild Mason William Tapia.

He is survived by : his wife Kathleen; his daughters, Beth Bowler, Julia Bowler and Kimberly Buskirk (Bill); his grandchildren, Nicole Buskirk, Emily Buskirk, Zachary Buskirk and Will Gonzalez; his great grandchildren, Kassie Tapia, Raymond and Armani Askew; and his sister Nancy Terlosky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made out to A Special Wish Foundation Cleveland Chapter in his great grandson's name, Mason.
