He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Galloway and Roberta Galloway; and his wife Debbra Galloway (Snyder). He is survived by: his children, Billie Sue Galloway (Daniel Hendershot) and William Billy Paul Galloway; his grandchildren, Cindi Sue Galloway (Michael Smith) and Travis Edward Kerr; his great grandchildren, Mulan Flora, Bella Flora and Klaus Smith; and his siblings, Jim Richards (Judy), David Richards (late MaryLou), Karen Highley (late Glenn), Mary Ann Miner (Fred) and John Galloway (Robin).
